Terms of service

Making a booking

1. When you request a quote, we'll come back to you promptly with any questions.
2. Some cleans can be quoted without us needing to view the space in person. For larger or extensive jobs we may need to come and see the space before quoting.
3. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
4. Once you accept a quote, we agree on and set a date and time, and confirm your booking.

Cancel or change a booking

If you want to cancel, reschedule or change your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the booking start time.

Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Payment terms

You'll be invoiced after your service is completed.

Payment is due within 7 days of invoicing.
